Cancellation & Refund Policy for the AI Lab Symposium

To cancel your symposium registration and receive a refund, please take note of the following conditions:
- For a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee, cancellation requests must be submitted via email at aisymposium@umich.edu anytime before the deadline of three weeks prior to the symposium's first day.
- A partial refund amounting to 50% of your registration fee is available if your cancellation request is made between three weeks and one week before the symposium begins.
- Please be aware that cancellations made less than one week from the symposium start date are not eligible for a refund. However, in exceptional circumstances or emergencies, we may consider refund requests on an individual basis.
